Refund Policy

Thank you for booking a service through servicestore.

In order for you to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours from the date of the booking. Where cancellation requests are submitted within 48 hours of the booking, we will process your refund to the credit/debit card used for the booking within 14 days of confirmation of refund eligibility.

Please note that, depending on your card provider, refunds can take up to 7 working days to display on your payment card statement.

In some cases, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Cancellation and call-out fees and charges are as follows;

​

• Gardening Service – 1 hour booking fee

• General Repairs & Maintenance Service – 1 hour booking fee

• Pest Control Service - £50

• Clearance Services & White Good Collections - £50 or the booking amount, whichever is higher

• Bin Washing Service - £13.00
